Bloody man. His nan got out of hospital friday. Has come to stay with us. He is working, so i am looking after her aswell as our kids. I am doing all the stuff she needs, making arrangements for her medication, dr appointments, food shopping when she goes home etc. As well as anything else she needs. Inc, helping her in the bathroom. He just called to tel me he is going to football after work tomorro. Am i being unreasonable to tel him he is a selfish arse?

YANBU. He should be there to help you, not swanning off to football leaving you up to your eyes in it.

YANBU.

Tell him to come and help look after his ill nan.

ChaoticAngel · 09/10/2010 10:52

YANBU

Point out to him that he has to look after his nan and he should prioritise her over football.

Smile sweetly and say thats fine, then at the weekend 'remember' your friend has invited you for a whole days shopping, night out and to sleepover at hers for a girly night in followed by a long walk in the country next morning followed by Sunday lunch and an afternnon in the pub.
Just so your husband has plenty of special time alone with his nan........
