In my defence I am having a lazy Sunday as cant remember last time I had one.

Going to a carvery for your sunday roast would be lazier.

We're having takeaway cos I've just done a charity walk... I earned it! Not a roast, but lazy all the same.

Jacket spuds all lubbly and crispy for me and DD. I may grate my own cheese though.

I don't think it's the laziest roast ever. We're having a lazy Sunday too and I am having a Sherbet Dip Dab for dinner.

Although, I suppose it's only technically a roast if I put the packet in the oven.

I bought one of those things you whack in the oven and leave for an hour with a tray of potatoes and veg to roast. All I needed to do was turn the oven on, stick them in and make some gravy (from granules)
