Hi ladies,
I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with my first child and my experience of pregnancy thus far has been pretty awful. My husband and I had tried for a baby for a while and so this really was a blessing for us.
Since week 4 I had horrific nausea and sickness which went on 24 hours a day (sleep was my best friend) until week 17 leaving me very fed up.I still get the odd feeling of nausea now. At 14 weeks I also started with SPD pain which has gotten progressively worse throughout the pregnancy and now moving about is very difficult. I have also had a bleeding scare and last weekend was in hospital with suspected premature labour (although a fetal fibronectine test said I was ok for a while so was able to go home). I have a very irritable uterus and any physical activity kicks my contractions off even more so I have been off work all last week (and this week) and have been advised to take it very easy.
The house is a mess as we havent tided up for a while as we have been so busy and I have been in bed. Any way today my husband is doing the big clean but as he is doing it he is being really snappy as if its a big huge thing for him to do and should be grateful. I am unreasonable to expect him to do the housework etc and not begrudgingly given I am trying my best to keep his baby in my tummy?
Am I right to think its the least he can do?
