To drink this much tea and coffee?

I drink 2-3 cups of coffee and 2-3 cups of tea a day

How much do you drink?

2 coffees, 3 or 4 teas

I guess I usually have 4 or 5 teas and 1 coffee a day. My problem is that I don't drink anything else other than tea or coffee......can't be good for me, can it?

I'm obsessed with tea I love the stuff. Think if i had to chose between tea and wine as my last drink on earth i'd be struggling.
I average 10 cups a day. i know it's far too much and i have a habit:-)

I don't drink tea but do have three large mugs of filter coffee and a couple of fags before getting DD up for school. The breakfast of champions

Well, just to balance the thread out
I can't have tea without some kind of biscuits and unfortunaly I have a lot of pounds to shed after pregnancy so I have stopped tea and coffee entirely. (dh regularly catches me looking longingly at the kettle ;)
I had one very strong coffee while on holiday recently and hated the effect the caffeine had on me for the rest of the day.

Roughly 5 cups tea a day. Put (skimmed) milk in then (pref yorkshire tea) teabag then hot water. Brew for ages like builder's tea. In a nice mug. Sometimes i like mint tea. Not bothered about coffee at all..

Only 3 cups of coffee? How do you cope? I have 3 cups of coffee before we even leave for the school run!
