I cannot stay awake.
But went to bed at 9pm last night, got up, went to work, got home a couple of hours ago, dinner, got kids ready for bed and then it looks like i'm off to bed again.
This is no life.
Where's the fun?

Oh, but I am jealous! How long are you sleeping for? What time are you up? What's work life? I ask as being unable to stay awake if you're getting sleep in quality & quantity may well be indicative of something else.

I am up at 5.15 everyday, commute to the office, work, commute home = 14 hours... then I FORCE myself to 'have' an evening. I would love to be asleep right now. Am 26 weeks pg and starting to find the commute harder than 'normal', so I say YAdefinitelyNBU: if you need sleep, get it. Just fill your weekends with debauchery fun!

Is there something you would rather do?

DomesticG0ddess · 01/09/2010 21:02

What else would you do in the evening, between 9 and say 11pm that would make it more of a life? It's not really to do with what time you go to bed. Personally I love going to bed early, but it sounds like this is more of an issue than what time you go to bed.

sorry, couldn't even stay awake long enough to read my own thread.
am trying to shift a cold i've had since last week. desperately need rid of it so I can get some training on my bike done. but a bit miffed at how boring it is to be so sensible. i'm normally a bit of a night owl, but work doesn't allow that.
usually up at 6 or 6.30am.
