Have been having a nightmare all week with them.
They cut me off on a daily basis because they didnt activate the international roaming service I phoned and paid for.
They have confirmed that the bill (£300 +) is an error but their systems automatically cut me off on a daily basis.
Have been assured a manager will call and that people will monitor my account and yet again I am having to call them and then wait whilst they remove the bars and re-activate my account.
Need the BlackBerry as I am self-employed and out on the road. And now 82 year old granny is post surgery and I cannot phone the hospital.
