Hi im fairly sure now that my little girl has a pollen allergy. Eczema really bad today on her face, hands and she gets it so red and sore behind her legs and wrists. Tried all sorts of creams but only thing that helps is steroids and I hate using them. Anyone know of anything else? She is too young for antihistamines
