brown/red rash between and over brow line

dd (9 months old) has developed a rash which consists of about 4 blotches. I noticed it about 4 weeks ago. It looks similar to a birth mark. No other allergy symptoms. Any ideas?

unlikely to be an allergy. Rashes are difficult as there are hundreds of causes, why not ask your doctor?
