dairy and soy-free homemade chocolate mmmmm

Just discovered how to make it and it is yum!

150g melted coconut oil from health food shop
60g cocoa powder
sugar to taste. Now it doesn't dissolve well so I've had best success with icing sugar. The online place I found it suggested D ribose but I don't know where to get it and I reckon it has the same properties as sugar so smilar issues.

Best eaten straight from the fridge. I pour the mixture into a food tub to cool and cut into squares when solid.

oooh you are a legend. my god daughter is totallly allergic to dairy. i will be sneding this to her mum forthwith!
