I made this for Mother's day mainly for DS who can't have dairy. Nobody could tell it was dairy free, it was bloddy gorgeous!!!
I got the silken tofu in Sainsbury's (canned veg aisle) and the tofutti cream cheese from Holland and Barrett, and used Tesco's value digestives and pure spread for the base
