Is there such a thing as a 'histamine hangover'...?!

...Either theoretical or anecdotal??

I'm asking because I have noticed that often after I have an allergy - and particularly asthma - attack I often feel completely 'wrung out' afterwards, and not just in a tired/exhausted kind of way. I often feel headachey and, well, vaguely hungover. Just wondered if anyone else experiences this too, or has any wisdom as to what's going on...??

TIA MPD
