Eczema flair up, whats caused it, what can i put on it?

DD has had eczama since a few months old but not this bad, it is all over her back,tummy, and legs. I dont use soap on her, i use sensitive wipes etc..
I use aqueous cream on her but this time it doesnt seem to be helping.
Is it the heat that has made it worse?
What can i put on it?
Also can anyone recomend a sun cream i can use on her?

this is not meant to be an advert but my friend sells emu oil, which is literally what it says.

she gave me a sample bottle for ds's molluscum which is on top of eczema and I must say it reduces the redness and flakines a treat. I think she's on mezza.co.uk

suncream I don't know, because ambre solaire brought ds out in a couple of patches of ezcema on his chin at the weekend...!

My ds and my baby dd have been suffering terribly with prickly heat - red rash of little dots, extremely itchy. I used a lanacane powder on it with success. Also Piriton.

I read an article about ezcema and aequos cream that it can actually cause itchiness and alot of children squirm when it is put on. I thought my son was being a pain but i soon put two and two together and saw that it was making him itch. The icing on the cake was this article.

We changed to diprobase and diprobath and you can see the relief on his face.

neways suncream is parabenzoic acid free(a skin irritant ) and all there products are toxin free and not tested on animals -all their stuff is excellent quality to-works everytime have a look

exorex is good for stopping the itch can get it on perscription or buy in boots

and for me eating tomatoes sets off my ezcema itching like mad
