Hi, my daughter was diagnosed at 9 months, failing to gain weight with diarrhoea, vomiting & bad eczema. At 2yrs she had blood tests & skin prick tests (now just 3) and then her consultant said no more testing until 5yrs. It seems that when babies, diagnosis is by elimination, then later skin rubs depending on how sensitive (our daughter had to be admitted to hospital, my friends son didn't). Hope this helps!! Lisa

DD was diagnosed by elimination at 10 months.
