DS has nasty bumpy itchy rash on face, arms and little on neck/chest.. I thought suncream...but we used same one last week ans he was fine then.

No new washing powder/bath stuff.
Rash is right where I put teh sun cream...but as title says, I used it on him before and he didn't have a reaction.

any thoughts anyone?

Could it be a heat rash?
