I have had very mild hayfever normally just sneezing for about 5 years but today my eyes are sore and my nose won't stop running.

Am going into town to get something for it can anyone suggest anything? I am not to een on the idea of taking tablets unless I need too but will if I have to. Looking for something natural that works.

I don't find anything natural does the job. Zirtek does the job. (Or unbranded ceterazine which is what is in Zirtek - does not make me drowsy at all, or feel spaced out which piriton does...)

Thanks will look into that

definately try loratadine, its the only one that works for me.
also for your eyes, you need a cooling gel, something like a cucumber cooling gel. dab it round your eyes , the relief is great

I take a antihistamine pill (Cetirizine) and Nasonex Naal Spray (Prescribed) and if really bad, I'll use eye drops too.

Boots were doing a bogof on Cetrizine last week (Cheaper than a prescription).

nasal

OK I'll try to spell it properly this time - I have only this morning bought BOGOF cetirizine(?) in Boots! Am set up for next couple of months.

They also threw in some sort of hayfever kit for nothing which appears to include some tissues, some nasal strips (hmm) and some sun lotion. Oh well!
