DS2 is allergic to all dairy, wheat, eggs, soya, tomatoes & sulphites. We've just booked a holiday to France and I'm beginning to panic about what I can take with me. Does anyone know about this?

Do you think I could take rice milk, rice flour, safe cereal & bread etc with me in my hold luggage??? I'm not sure if I'll be able to find somewhere to buy this kind of stuff when we arrive (at dinner time).

Yes, you can pack all of those in your hold luggage. Split it up so that you have some in each suitcase in case things go missing.

I usually can find places that sell allergy food by using the Dr Schaer website to find their stockists as a first port of call

thanks - that's a good tip re splitting it up in case things go missing...I wouldn't have thought of that.

The Dr Schaer website has been helpful too...it looks like there's a health food shop not too far away .
