Can I find these in the supermarket or health food shop? I need them for next weekend and the only ones I have found online want £6.50 delivery .

Apologies for wrong info. They do post light items free of charge if they cost more than £4, but just checked and these appear to be £3.95! Could be worth asking them. I've never seen GF cones in any shop in the UK, we have stocked up on Schar cones and wafers in Spain, but I suspect the return trip may be a bit more than £6.50.

Why do you need cones? Try something like magnum lollies for an easy dessert instead.

silverfrog · 05/04/2009 17:29

the goodness direct site says light items under £4 cost £1 to deliver...

and I think here have more reasonable rates too.

Tatt its for Ds who is gluten and dairy free. We have just found a dairy free ice cream but he wont eat it from a bowl but looks longingly at other peoples ice cream cones. He is having a celebration this weekend and we thought it would be a nice treat for him.

Thanks Silverfrog will look again.

I'd try contacting them. i can't remmeber where I saw it exactly, but I clicked on something like "delivery terms" or "delivery rates", and it stated that if light and over £4 then they would post it for free, and if light and under £4 then it would cost £1 - maybe try ringing your order through tomorrow?

Otherwise, I just googled Barkat ice cream cones, and it came up with a list of places, which is where i got my link form (haven't ordered from them before)
