3yr old ds1 develops a sort of red blotchiness on his face and parts of his hands whenever he goes outdoors. This has just started happening over the past three days. It clears up as soon as he comes indoors. Does seem like an allergic reaction to something. It doesn't seem to trouble him at all. Would be grateful if anyone could offer any ideas as to what it could be.
