any idea where to get face paints for kids with eczema??

they sometimes do face painting at preschool but ds has eczema and sensitive skin so ive had to say no he cant have this done and the mananger was fine and i said i saw somewhere a while ago that sells hyperallergenic type ones particularly for this... any ideas?

Could they apply an emollient cream first before the face paint goes on? Like a protective layer? Don't know who supplies hypoallergenic face paints though, sorry.
