My DS has red skin at the side of each nostril and going under the nostril. The nostril itself isn't affected, just the skin almost on his cheek IYSWIM. It's also a bit bumpy. It can be itchy but not that much. Have tried moisturising creams thinking it was dry skin, but it doesn't seem to be dry at all, although can look quite angry. Could it be an allergy?? He's 10.
