What blood tests exactly should be done for coeliac disease?

Anybody out there who knows exactly what bloods should be taken for?

My son's dietician says there is just one test that should be done (name escapes me) but I was under the impression that three tests were meant to be carried out?

My local GP is doing them and the dietician is just requesting 'bloods' (I have a copy of the letter) so am thinking I want to make sure they request the RIGHT tests.

Thank you
