It doesn't happen all the time, but at least 3 times a week. She does a poo and her bottom instantly comes up a bright red sunburn type rash, which is very painful to clean. Could this be a reaction to foods she is eating? If so, what do I do? Should I keep a food diary and see if there's an correlations or take her to the doctors? TIA.

You can also powder their bum with bicarb as it neutralises the acidity. Good for bee stings (NOT wasps - use vinegar), sunburn and rashes if mixed in a paste with water.
