following on from my previous thread, can anyone help me list foods containng (hidden or not) nuts / sesame / egg that ds needs to avoid????

It was suggsted I make a list of foods ds can / cant have for when xh has access to ds.

So, I am brainstorming all the foods he definitely needs to avoid, along with stuff he needs to check. But I am running out of ideas!

Allergens to avoid are nuts / egg / sesame...

Can anyone help come up with common foods they have found that their allergic dcs have to avoid. Like: cake, quiche...

LO Eggs so avoid : Chewits (!!!), Mayo, cake, quiche, tuna (only cos if it is in a bought product normally has mayo added)pancakes, some doughnuts (Sainsburys OK, Somerfield/Morrisons not !)
