I gluten free pasta ok cold?

I was thining of making up a great big batch of pasta salad for lunches next week but I don't know how it is cold. I don't want to waste masses of the stuff, would be lovely if I could make up a big batch.

Hmm - I have to say it's not very nice cold (and I'm eating re-heated g-f pasta as I type- was going to have it cold but it's not good..!).

cook a small amount, let it get cold, and try it.

mines usually ok, needs lubricating though in a sauce or mayo ..
