Hot weather makes dd's excema worse

The hot weather is making 16 month old dd's excema worse. I am struggling to find cool, thin long sleeved tops as she scratches less when covered up - any suggestions of places to try?

we use tops with "built in mittens" such as the ones found on www.eczemaclothing.eu/productlist.php?catid=1&subid=43

They are great for night time scratching and prevent infections which was a real problem for us.

Also pure Aloe Vera jelly seems to help soothe.
