Hayfever is killing me off!

Hi,

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and hayfever is about to end me. Starts off light with tree pollen which gives me a bit of an itchy nose but in general I manage, then grass hit from June-Present and now apparently it’s weed pollen and I’m waking up at 5am so swollen, uncontrollable sneezing and itching. I’m prescribed 180mg fexofenadine and it does absolutely nothing! Does anyone have any sort of relief from this? It’s been constant for the last couple months and it’s driving me MAD! Any pregnancy friendly advice would be great and so appreciated!

I have to use Beconase nasal spray and the eye drops alongside fexofenadine when mine is particularly bad. Check with your GP but I think they're ok in pregnancy.

I will double check! I’ll do anything for a bit of relief at this point. It’s starting to affected my asthma too so I’m getting a bit wheezy which I’m not sure is great at the moment! Maybe it’s time to check in with GP and see what else they can offer
