Hi so I have a 1 month old and over the past 2 weeks she’s been experiencing signs which I thought was reflux but I’ve come across CMPA and now i’m thinking is it? her symptoms are a lot of spit ups, saliva, baby acne, mild dry skin on forehead, foul smell poo, very very unsettled, struggles to nap, sneezing, snotty but we thought the sneezing and snotty was a cold, we have been trying gaviscon but I feel like it’s making her worse any advice?

It does match some of the symptoms, if you are at all concerned make a GP appointment - they can prescribe formula without the protein that infants react to, there are several to try depending on how severe the reactions are.
Are you breast or bottle feeding? If breast cut out all dairy and soya for at least four weeks (painful I know) but you should be able to see a clear timeline or improvement or not then.
keep a diary of symptoms if you can, it will be helpful if diagnosis is required in future.
Are the symptoms all of the time, or do they get worse at certain points? Infacol/ gripe water might be worth a try if colic symptoms too.
