Wanted - Low-histamine meal ideas for picky kids!

Does anyone with a histamine-intolerant child have a few easy dinner ideas you can suggest for me?

DD was already tricky to feed as she won't touch fish, eggs or red meat, and struggles sensorily with chicken (can do nuggets or meatballs but not a chunk of meat). Meals end up being fairly pasta-centric, and a lot of her protein normally comes from lentils, beans and cheese.

We now need to follow a low-histamine diet for 2 weeks to a month, and without tomatoes, pesto, halloumi, tinned beans and soy sauce I honestly don't know what to make! She had pasta with cottage cheese, cucumber and apple last night. Bit puffy this morning but no major flareup.

Does anyone have any easy low-histamine meals suitable for a picky, meat-averse kid they can recommend?

My dd is allergic to histamine. None of her specialists have ever advised about foods containing histamine. Could you share some nincompoop please?

I would ask the consultant advising this for a referral to a registered dietician.

I have a histamine intolerance, which has caused me to have non immune anaphylaxis.
For me it is an age thing so I need fresh foods and to avoid packaged ingredients. I can't have gravy with a Sunday lunch went out as it makes my face puff up but am fine with homemade gravy.
I can't have things that are slow cooked when I'm sensitive. Cheese sets me off too.

At this time of year you need to be considering the impact of seasonal allergies. When my hayfever is bad I have low tolerance for histamine in foods.
