CMPA allergy later in babies life

Can babies start showing allergy signs a bit later into life? My daughter is 11 weeks old and the past few days she’s not been drinking all her bottles she’s been having about 100/150ml less than what the HV recommended she’s been trumping loads as well and been quite unsettled and over tired even though she’s been asleep what feels like most of the day.

Problems she’s had since birth are watery loose bowels that leak every time she only has bowel movement once a day or every other day. Sneezing, hiccups but normally like a couple of hours after her milk and a gunky eye.

I don’t know if it’s the milk that we need to change that she’s maybe gone off/giving her bad gas or if she has developed an allergy.
I got her weighed today and she’s gained 400g in 3 weeks which the HV said she’s still plotting on her line.

If the baby has had watery poop so badly it is leaking most of the time, I would say she hasn’t just developed an allergy, but has always had one, but you have now noticed all the symptoms together and realised?
Two of my babies were CMPA babies (bad allergies), and they were both chunky babies.
