Courts, travel and EpiPen management

Hello

My 7 year old has severe food allergies that can cause fatal anaphylaxis and require EpiPens. My ex husband has consistently failed to manage and administer medicine (inc. inhalers) and carry our child’s EpiPens. I have several years of diaries and evidence including from professionals but the Courts don’t read it.

My ex has asked to take her abroad and I’ve said no. I have asked the Courts for a Prohibited Steps Order. The Courts think he should be allowed to take her abroad (at some point) and have asked what he needs to do for me to say yes. I’ve said rebuild my trust and change his behaviour. But how can you measure and enforce this?

Our Parenting Plan sets out what he needs to do but he doesn't stick to it. I’ve been to the Police and Social Services but they do nothing - same with Cafcass. The system is completely broken.

Anyone else dealt with similar please? How did you resolve the issue?
