DD to young to take piriton for hayfever???

I am convinced my 20 mnth dd has hayfever as she has started rubbing her eyes which get really red and sneezing the same time I was hit by it (few weeks ago). I suffer with it terribly and I have been taking piriton. Has anyone given their DC hayfever remedies this young???

piriton is for over 1year olds i think.

2.5mls IIRc.

only have the unichem generic in my cupboards says 2.5mls on it.

but check with your pharmacist/doctor.
