Alpro growing up milk - oat vs soya?

Hello everyone,

My gp is stopping my 1 year olds SMA Althera formula so I need to find an alternative to cows milk.

Wondering if anyone has tried Alpro soya/oats growing up milk 1-3 years and which they prefer?

My little girl is fine with both oats and soya (she has oats almost everyday for breakfast and I’ve tried soya milk once before to check if she was allergic which she was not)

I think the soya one had a better taste for DS. He had it for about 1 year, just because he didn't transition well from breast to cows milk. I think it was quite sweet.
He tried the oat one sometime afterwards and didn't like it at all. Its also sweet but just not very milky.
Nutritionally I have no idea which would be better.

We use the oat milk as it's more regularly in stock at our local shop.
