Can anyone recommend a GF Birthday Cake company

Hi, I spent a 130 pounds on a handcrafted GF cake last year - it looked good but tasted dry and overly sweet. It is my daughter’s 30th birthday and I would like to order a GF birthday cake to be delivered to a London address. Any recommendations … is it possible to have a light moist GF cake?

I have used Punk Cake a few times for gluten free cakes - we’ve had the Rainbow cake and the Chocolate Truffle cake and they’ve been great. I really want the tiramisu one but we normally have to feed small children too!

The gf cakes from Sponge are really good, and they have a nice selection of flavours. I always get one for my birthday
