2 year old rash for nearly 2 weeks now

My son developed a rash on his sides, arms and legs iv been to doctors 3 times and no one seems to no what it could be

I have no idea either I'm afraid but popping it in to ChatGPT, with any other symptoms might turn something up? Have used this for minor illnesses with my DC when GPs are stumped.
