A poo of concern? Pic attached (be warned, it's a poo pic)

My baby has non-IGE mediated milk allergy and I think she had a reaction to pecan yesterday (we are going through the allergens). Her chin rash worsened and she was quite sick. Today she has been very clingy and sensitive and tired and has had big black poos. Does anyone know if this type of poo is concerning? I think it's a sign of a delayed reaction?
She is my first child, and I never had allergies so I'm new to all this. She is eating solids, hasn't had any blackberries/blueberries or anything that might make her poo black.

To make matters more complicated she is on anti biotics, since Wednesday, for a cough that has lingered for going on 6 weeks now. I thought this was getting better but she's been incredibly congested today.

TIA x

all those symptoms combined would probably prompt a GP trip from me in honesty.

@HTrufflethanks, I'll call in the morning. I rang 111 last night and we got prescribed an antihistamine which we picked up this morning. She also has a very mild fever so getting a bit concerned
