5 weeks old had red spots for 3 weeks , cry after feed, reflux, came up with diarrhoea 3 days ago. Started formula milk and diarrhoea gone in one day , spots clearing! Doctors said nothing wrong and carrying breast milk! But I’m worried my baby allergic to something in breast milk! Anyone had same problems with breast milk ?
