Anyone have any "immune-boosting" tips for DD with severe eczema?

My DD aged 4 gets a cold every 3 weeks and her eczema really flares up.She also has allergies to dairy,fish,eggs,soya,sesame and nuts.Just wanted to know what i could give her to boost her immune system such as probiotics,manuka honey etc...Any advice welcome.Thankyou

acidophilus is the very best at this, it puts all the good bacteria back into the body. think its a 30 course. my son had a course of this and fights of most minor illnesses very quickly (but he doesn't have many now). he also has allergies so i know you can get allergy friendly ones!

echinacea is supposed to be good for boosting the immune system when a cold does attack i haven't tried this one so not really sure

cant help much with this, but can point out that children with eczema /food intolerance need extra fluids.
eczema looses water through skin, and food intolerance draws water to tender, sore inner tubing!
