6 month old ate runny egg abroad

I am currently abroad in Spain with my 6 month old and had no idea babies weren’t suppose to eat runny eggs (this was her first time having egg). We gave her a little bit of runny egg yolk from a poached egg and she’s since poo’d 4 times with the last one being mucusy. She’s behaving totally normally but I’m worried sick now about salmonella. Is mucusy poo when weaning normal or could this be a sign of food poisoning? Thank you

If the egg is red lion stamped (all British eggs apart from back garden/small farm shops) then there is no reason they can't have runny eggs at that age. Seeing as it's a Spanish egg there is the tiniest chance of salmonella but really really tiny i'd say. And salmonella would definitely include profuse d&v. If be more concerned with an egg allergy if that's her first eat of egg. Her nappies could just be a coincidence but maybe wait until home for more egg/other allergens so as.nit to put stress on the holiday.
