Intro allergens at 2 years old

Realised that I think there are allergens I’ve never given to my child when weaning for example I bought dairy free yoghurts that are almond based and now I’m thinking - shit… did I ever give her almond? Same with soy!

should I do the normal process that you do when introducing them at 6m? X

Does your child have other allergies?

Perfect28 · 21/06/2024 17:06

No don't worry about it, so long as child is otherwise healthy. Obviously if there is a high risk of allergies for whatever reason then maybe but then if that were the case you would probably already know the answer.

Everyone should be aware of the signs of anaphylaxis.
