Over the last few weeks 2 year old DD has started coming up with huge welts all over her skin

Over the last few weeks 2 year old DD has started coming up with huge welts all over her skin, where she has touched her skin with her hands (I assume)

It comes and goes very quickly but she has this several times a day

Should I seek advise from GP or not? It looks quite shocking but it doesn't seem to bother her.

dd2 is the same. Sometimes she looks like she's been flogged! (hope thats the right work ). Gp says its an urticaria condition which is a name given to an allergic type rash that cannot be explained. I was told dd will always come out like this even if she never has the thing again that started it in the first place. It is also unlikely to work out what causes it as she can react immediately or a few days later!
