Is this an allergic reaction rash?

Hello

My baby has eczema and allergies.

His face was generally clear this morning. He then had hive like mark's when hes eaten almond butter (he's been tested and isn't allergic to almonds)

And later developed this rash with a pattern I've never seen ?

Not sure if it's just strange eczema ? Face is now a lot redder and a bit swollen perhaps

He is allergic to eggs, peanuts and has had reactions to dairy.

possibly have a non IgE reaction to almonds ? Could also be why is never showed up on skin pricks ?

My daughter is allergic to almonds and gets a rash just like this. From my understanding the tests aren't always accurate. I would pay close attention to anything like this. Strangely enough she was egg and peanut allergy too, grew out of egg tho.

Thanks both ! We have some more allergy testing this week so I'll speak to the consultant and see if they can test again.

It's such a minefield 😫
