Can you describe your allergy rash

Hello. Our son is allergic to nuts but has eaten everything else since birth like eggs and milk. He will get an occasional red spot that doesn't really look like classic hives and it's never more than one spot. It's frustrating. I don't know if I'm overthinking.

Can you please describe your experience with allergy rashes and hives? What would stand out as a reason to worry? Thank you.

1 spot? Or a cluster of spots in 1 place?

@Fishsticks1999 What do you mean by a red spot?

I will sometimes get one solitary raised hive if I come into contact with a mild allergen. It's not very obvious to anyone else, but it's a useful warning for me to take myself away from the situation.
