Has my baby got an allergy?

My 11 month old little boy started with an upset tummy on Monday which resulted in diarrhoea, I thought he had just picked up a bug and it would pass but we are now on day 6 and I'm so confused as to what's going on, some bowel movements are normal, some like water/loose, he can go hours without having a bowel movement but then can also have 3 in an hour.
He is completely fine in himself otherwise, temp is normal, not losing weight, really active and eating as normal with some adjustments obviously at the minute.
He's not had any new foods for a while either, I'm just really confused as to if it's now an allergy from something or is just a bug? X

I would just get him checked out by the GP.

I am going to, just wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing x

Has he had an illness recently? Agree that he needs to see a GP. Just wanted to point out that occasionally they can get temporary lactose intolerance following and illness.

No, no illness previously. I am going to ring the GP first thing tomorrow x

We went to the docs on Friday as our DD had had a bad tummy for days, temp wasn't going down and the doc said that it was viral and the bad tummy could carry on for up to 2 weeks. Get checked out I'd you are worried though

Thankyou, he's completely fine in himself, no temperature or anything, just his bowels unfortunately. Have made an appointment with the GP for this afternoon though x
