Just opened front door to let ds1 out for school. Shut door and within a couple of minutes eyes itching and nose running... great. It's that time of year again already.

Lovely sunny and windy day - perfect for making my eyes itch and nose run all day. Dd2 will not be going to the park!

OH dear................next year take get a prescription for a mild antihistamine, and take it two weeks before tree pollen season.
This should help.

try local honey and put vaseline around his nose to trap pollen.

You could try the medinose type devices, they work extremely well for us.
