Sticking to the Diet - accountability and support

Hi there!
I'm wondering if anyone has any interest in a thread for support and accountability for those of us trying to avoid certain foods due to allergies or intolerances?
I have chronic migraine, and I suspect I have tyramine intolerance, so I'm trying to eat a low tyramine diet. I'm going to post here for accountability and would love some company Smile.

I ate fish and chips for dinner and have reacted badly to something; probably either tomato ketchup or Tartare sauce; I'll have to to both separately to figure it out. Hopefully my head won't be too bad tomorrow Confused

Highly intolerant to vanilla. And also ice cream addict 🥲🥲🥲🥲 vanilla being my favourite flavour. I really need to stop as it makes my skin awful

It's always our favourites isn't it @RiceRiceBaby16?
Does it make any difference to you if its vanilla extract or essence or a vanilla pod?

Still feeling the effects of yesterday's dinner; going to have beans on toast for lunch so that might help me figure out if it's tomato sauce that was the trigger or not 🤔

Try pandan!

Lots of recipes, but e.g.:

Hi! A very lovely friend is struggling with adjusting to an intolerance to tyramine and I want to help. Do you have any tips or know of any organisations or info that I can look at?

I'm sorry but I'm afraid I don't; I'm very new to it myself.
Let me know if you find anything Smile
