Hi, the disposables might be making it much worse as they have countless chemicals, some of them not even legal to use (as they are not declared) Try Moltex Oko nappies or Nature, or best try cotton nappies with a wool wrap, that sorted my ds' eczema when he was little, he then grew out of it.

Could it also be formula milk?

Try to let her go nappy-free for a bit, use something like epiderm to keep the skin moist. I would keep going back to Gp until they do something useful, like allergy testing (eggs and dairy for example can set off excema). Definitely go back if its infected - scabby/ itchy, and get some cream like hydrocortizone to help., which should clear it up if you use it properly for a few days.

We had to change from disposable nappies to cloth ones because disposables made my DSs eczema so bad. We used fleece liners instead of paper ones so they were really soft on his bottom.
