Facial rash due to meds ?

Hello! So i started a beta blockers 31st march, 4-–5th april i started noticing a facial rash . Arms started getting itchy, the dr said it probably is the medication so continue it. I did and the rash got more itchy. Tingly lips and tounge, i stopped the meds on Tuesday and im still itchy /super dry faced.
throat feels abit weird, lips having the odd tingle… i havent chnaged anything else. These are the rashes, first photos how it started then now.
anyone who has had the same or a GP ? My gp isnt sure ….

Could you speak to your pharmacist or call 111?

@WestOfWestminster i spoke to 2 pharmacist and they saif speak to gp. And have to wait for it to fade??
im sooo lost, just wanted to see if anyone has had similar:( im going away in 3 weeks and im soo worried ill be stuck with a rash :(
the drs have done bloods today and she said wait till i get results…
i had covid in feb and the dr said my immune system is probably over reacting x
