Yup.

Can't actually remember the quantites though.

But I will be making mine with

soya milk
flour
a couple of spoons of chickpea or soya four
a couple of spoons of oil.

Try the vegan society website - I think they have ideas on thre on how to replace egg in recipies.

Yep that's a good 'un, or if you have time to go to a health food shop then you could get some orgran or ener-G egg replacer powder. You just use a tsp in place of 1 egg. You can just mix that in with the flour tbh.

Here's what I do:

125g plain flour (half wholewheat)
300mls soya milk/rice milk
2 tsp egg replacer mixed in with the flour.

Whisk together and there's your batter!

Or if you couldn't get any of these replacers, you could always just use a well mashed banana and some peanut butter if you can eat nuts!

Pureed apple would work too.

Ok Last year 'I tried the egg replacer and /I got sticky goo in the pan - obviously did something wrong. So yesterday I tried

Flour milk, tblspn chickpea flour and paste of 1 tblsn linseets and water ground up, sugar and vanilla - success - pancakes DS ate
