Fexofenadine and juice?

Did everyone else no you can't take fexofenadine with apple orange or grapefruit juice?

I totally didn't!

I drink loads of peach juice and I'm not sure if it's any juice or just those ones!!

I must live in a dream state!

This is such a weird thing but grapefruit in particular reacts really badly with a lo of drugs. I've never heard of peach juice being an issue.

Oops! No I didn't!! I haven't got any grapefruit juice but I absolutely would drink it and I take fentofexidine too! Thanks for the heads up

Something to do with the acidity levels / enzyme make-up of the fruit, rather than popularity, I would think.

I discovered this earlier this year after DS was prescribed it for hayfever. It's not commonly known I think, but if it impacts effectiveness of meds it should be more clearly publicised.
