Hi everyone,I just thought I would ask for some help here.
I have Fibromyalgia (I think the gp says it probly is) and I also think I am allergic to certain foods,it has been like this for a while now and i am getting sick and fed up of it,I have been to dietician and she was no help and only advised me to eat 3 meals a day which I can't because I am scared of eating something that will set me off.
I will try to explain,
When i eat anything with milk in I get really bad gripping stomach pains bit like contractions and I have the runs,then there are the things that I eat that don't give me runs but make my breathing go faster very scarey and my face goes bright red and feels like it is on fire!!v v embaressing if I eat something while we are out anywhere!
My stomach is bloated as well it won't go down I am naturally a big person anyway but when it bloats up it is sore,uncomfortable and I look about 8 mths pregnant!My tum is very sore to touch,when I stand at the kitchen sink doing washing up it really
hurts now this might just be my fibro because you get sore tender spots with that.
I am sick and fed up of going back to the Gp and they not really giving me any good advice,so before i tear my hair out please please does anyone have any advice on what to do? and if cutting dairy and wheat out of diet what do I eat that is easy and quick to prepare I am fed up of carrot sticks! Oh and to make it more difficult I cant eat fruit it makes me ill only can have bananas,I have been eating jacket potatoes with salad but after eating the potato my tum felt heavy and I felt horrid!!Oh..and I also have Polycystic overy syndrome (appologise for the rubbish spelling.......lol) I heard you should have a special diet if you have PCOS but I have not been adviced by Gp to do that so any suggestions please let me know. thanks!!
